Take a look at this excellent Anchor Clothing video I found:
This is the dress i wore today. It’s a blue with white little polka dots and a bunch of anchors and a red belt from forever 21. My cardigan’s are also from forever 21. Faith 21 collection. My black and white flats are both from Walmart. And the red tights are from Target! I did a messy side pony tail. My nails are red don’t judge them because i don’t know how to not get the polish on my skin. My accessories are a big red ring from a local fashion store and my little anchor earrings are from forever 21.
